A blurry jungle ride photo
Hey Reader,
On our jungle trip down to get some food yesterday, I was in contemplation with Luke over something that happened that actually doesn’t really matter. I’ll tell you about it later, but the details don’t matter.
We were talking about the paradigms that people live in, and I was reflecting on how, since the internet and social media, the Pandora’s box of never ending paradigms has been opened. Maybe the term Pandora’s box isn’t the best analogy for all that’s been unleashed, since that implies unwise interference and complicated problems. Yes, the exposure to the wide variety of people’s billions of paradigms did unleash complex problems, but it also unleashed complex solutions.
A paradigm is just a set of beliefs a person lives by, and before this age, governments, religions, and indoctrination were able to keep people in tighter boxes when it came to the paradigms they operated within.
People usually believed a certain set of things about how the world worked, and the labels of political affiliation, religion, or education meant you were likely to find someone operating within a pretty similar paradigm to you if they had the same label.
It was measured and controlled, and propaganda: getting people to believe certain things about other groups, fear certain things, or take specific actions was less complex because the label made it easy to know what triggered a certain group.
Now, though, things have changed.
It doesn’t matter what area you focus on:
conspiracy theories,
medicine and holistic practices,
money and trust,
government and law,
political affiliation and religion,
history and current events,
individualism and collectivism.
Each of these is just a word containing millions of paradigms within it.
If you scroll the internet for even a moment, you will find people attacking others, loving others, completely conflicting points of view everywhere you look, and unique beliefs that you’ve never even heard of before.
The paradigm box has been busted wide open. I giggled to myself as I stared out at the jungle, thinking about the complexity of what’s happening…
This prompted my thoughts into three things:
- Be careful who you think operates in the same paradigm as you.
- Convince no one of your paradigm; share and know the right people will find you.
- KNOW yourself, or your paradigm WILL be manipulated.
Within the busting open of the box of paradigms, it’s still easy to trigger groups, and now it’s being done on a mass scale. (Who or what you believe triggers this fear and animosity, even though at certain stages of your awakening, it will feel massively important—like Illuminati, the devil, loosh farms, or the elites, which all exist in tier 1 dualistic consciousness.) These labels of outside forces become less important as you move out of duality within your awakening into systems thinking and non-duality (tier 2 non-dualistic consciousness).
What does matter is the underlying energetic penetration on the individual level. The systems that exist currently do not benefit from humans who are actualizing, fully recognize their power, and who are not easily controlled.
So, the antidote to powerful and sovereign individuals, if you don’t know exactly which of the plethora of paradigms they could be operating within, is: FEAR.
It doesn’t matter what kind of fear, as long as fear is being pumped into the collective in mass amounts. Then you have control over individuals, keeping them in a lower state of consciousness.
That lower state looks like warring over their own perspective,
internet witch hunts and takedowns,
fighting,
being triggered,
and easily being co-opted—all tier 1 consciousness and dualistic.
It’s a co-opting of consciousness. And so, the external game becomes the internal one, as it always does: are you letting yourself be controlled by fear?
Whenever I’m letting myself be controlled by fear,
I’m in the feeling of “what could go wrong?” I’ll feel tightness in my chest, shortness of breath. And when I’m not, I feel in my body and held by the planet, safe. Like an exhale. Try it now, we can all do with a good exhale.
This brings me to my points
1. Be careful who you think operates in the same paradigm as you.
As you evolve and decide the paradigms you want to operate within (such as “life works out for me” or “life doesn’t work out for me” or the millions of other beliefs you can hold), people will absolutely have different beliefs than you and if you have not created solidity within self, you’ll default to their level.
Whatever labels you decide to hold (such as level of awakening, what your career label is, affiliations, or whatever), be careful about assuming those who use the same language as you operate in the same paradigm as you.
I learned this lesson deeply when I came to Costa Rica and met a spiritual community who used much of the same language as me, and I made assumptions about matched frequencies. You must give yourself time to ensure you are a match for people you let into your close circle, or you may find that they conceal fears and limitations that they will try to project onto you. When I saw that this community was actually fearful, anti-masculine, and performative in their spirituality, I learned that just because someone can deeply look the part and talk the part, it will take time to see if they live the part. Your job is to protect and nurture the paradigm you are choosing at all costs.
I chose a paradigm of:
life gets to work for me,
fear will not control me,
I am deeply supported by myself, my partner, and my life,
my mission and work in the world are important,
my rest and health are important,
I love myself.
Anything or anyone that comes into my life in the context of deep and close friendships will accept my paradigms without trying to change them, or they will not be a part of my life.
I remember someone saying to me how hard it is to find a good home in the area we are in Costa,
I took that belief on as me and Luke toured homes and what we found emulated that belief: none of them matched what I wanted. I remember this one house that was IN the jungle, like, sleeping with the bugs in the jungle.. not for me.
I didn’t decide how things got to work for me and instead let other’s limitations do it for me and we moved into an “ok” place that was much too small for us and grey. If you don’t know me, I am a warm earth tones girl through and through, grey is the death of me.
And so, I changed it. Saw the limitation, decided it was not for me and now I’m in a perfect home at the tope of the hill. And I mean, perfect. There’s one wall that I don’t like because it’s a cool yellow, but I can change that when I want. But there’s multiple bathrooms, all on one level and big open spaces, my dream.
The law: Let other people’s limitations be their own and never adopt them as yours.
2. Convince no one of your paradigm; share and know the right people will find you.
The more you convince people of your paradigm, the more you need convincing of its truth within yourself.
A person trying to convince someone that their paradigm is right is doing one of two things:
taking on a savior complex and a holy pilgrimage of ego: “I have to save people” (this is never from love because the consciousness of love, like true esoteric tier 2 consciousness non-duality love, says: “I love, therefore I let you do and be as you are, even if I perceive it as ‘wrong’”);
or trying to convince themselves of the truth of their paradigm because they fear they may not be right or they haven’t fully owned it. You’ll see this all the time on the internet when someone shares, “Someone said this thing to me that I didn’t like, and this is how I responded; see, I’m powerful, and you can be too!” (P.S., there’s nothing wrong with this.) But it is a subtle way of showing the trigger they experienced, the validation they want to receive from others who disagree with what was said, and a validation of their own power they are convincing themselves of.
I once did this when I got sick after a Joe Dispense retreat, someone came into my comments saying I got sick because I was misaligned. I got MAD.. screenshotted it and posted to my stories, “Don’t comment on people’s illness!” And other’s came and agreed with me. I was looking to vent my frustration publicly instead of knowing what was true for me, I was sick because I had a cold, not everything had to be so dramatic and projection-ey. But because I was not solid, I was triggered. Nothing had to be said (now, sometimes you will say something about an experience. It's not about speaking about it: It's the underlying frequency of “Am I doing this to be seen or to shame” or to serve. An example: https://www.instagram.com/p/C7SMIcppovy/
At earlier stages of solidification in your paradigms,
you’ll defend yourself
and become offended when someone challenges you.
The next evolution of your consciousness is letting people misunderstand you because you are so solid within yourself.
It’s staying away from the hate and negative comments.
It’s choosing your paradigm over all else.
The internet witch hunts are only going to increase. The canceling, the callouts, the Reddit threads about how this person is a grifter, this person is a scam artist, and this person didn’t say this thing perfectly are only going to increase.
There are going to be people who love you, hate you, misunderstand you, say they get you but don’t, people who will benefit, and people who will try to take you down.
The reason why: fear. If fear is being mass-produced, as people try to evolve into non-duality, actualization, and awakening, they are actively being dragged down the rungs of consciousness through the paradigms being mass-produced for control. Humans are more reactive and looking for safety more than ever, and it’s like crabs in a bucket. The current forces at play love this; they don’t focus on the individual, they focus on the collective and let the collective take down the individual.
And your reaction to that fear is the mirror, not what they do.
This is something I’m actively working on.
I see every trigger as a gift right now, as I know they are a path to leaving the bucket. I want to show you what this looks like in application:
Many of you know I recently did a massive fast to heal my body that I’ve prepped for for years, and now I’m in rebuilding.
Someone came into my DMs, spending a lot of time telling me I was anorexic (her paradigm, and my reaction to that paradigm is where the mirror is). Again, the details don’t matter here, and what was said truly doesn’t matter.
I analyzed my paradigm and what I stand for and KNOW (this will be my next point) that my paradigm is: I did this for self-love, and the paradigm that she existed within (eating disorders) comes from a lack of self-love. So, there was projection.
Without solidity in my paradigm, I could go all over the internet saying, “Look what this person said to me! How wrong is this! Look at my response!” But the underlying energetics of this would be: see me, validate me, show me you are in the same paradigm as me so I can feel safe in my paradigm.
So, as I process misunderstanding until there is nothing left to process, I say over and over to every trigger: “Thank you, I love you, I forgive you, I forgive me, I’m sorry.” I think this comes from something I heard Gabby Bernstein say once, and this is very much on a higher level of consciousness because you no longer have to defend.
But there comes a point where you get so solid that it’s not worth explaining,
it’s not worth proving.
It’s understanding and seeing that no matter what I said to this person who thinks they can DM me about my body, they would never hear or see what I have to say anyway.
That, yes, maybe the people on the internet would go, “Oh my gosh, yes, that was wrong!” But do I need them to do that, or can I find solidity within myself?
Which leads to point 3:
3. KNOW yourself, or your paradigm WILL be manipulated.
I know myself.
I know why I do things.
I know I love myself.
And so, I don’t need to convince the world.
You must know yourself. This is an absolute precursor to being a person who is paid on the internet, who creates any sort of change, and who self-actualizes.
Because fear will always be there, will always be an option. It will be on social media, it will be in all media you consume, it will be in the programming you grew up with, it will be in the people you spend time with, it will be within the conditions of your own mind.
The best way I have found to know myself? Aligning to the high frequencies of my human design; it gave me a roadmap to who I am and what the frequencies of limitation and fear feel like in my body.
I can go on the internet and see:
“This disaster is heading your way,”
“The economy is doing this,”
“The coaching industry is done,”
“Money is hard,”
“The world is ending.”
And instead, attach myself to the paradigm I’m here to create without letting those penetrate my field.
At the top of tier 1 consciousness, people take a lot of responsibility for other people’s experiences, which is simultaneously three things: guilt, savior complex, and a necessary part of us alchemizing pain to rise into tier 2 consciousness, where you start to see that taking on another’s pain is a way of avoiding your own.
You see the systems that exist that perpetuate human suffering and that the deepest change in these systems comes from individual actualization. This is the power of you chasing your paradigm.
It’s the most important work you’ll ever do.
There are 13 hours left to get 60-86% off on my birthday specials, and all of these offers are great places to anchor in your paradigm, to know yourself so you can do the work you are here to do with solidity. You’ll drop the fear of what people think, you’ll solidify into self and what you are here to do and say, so you no longer convince but instead speak truth, and they come. When you are solid, you are a magnet, and these offers will help you do that.
I recommend the Lines masterclasses for deconditioning the fear,
The Energetics of Quantum Leaps for a constant stream of consciousness that upgrades your wealth and business success paradigm,
Authority to trust yourself over all outside noise,
and all the masterclasses for activations of next levels of power.
Manifestors, I recommend the Manifestor program at the bottom of the page, upcoming, because you’re here to lead big new paradigms with ease.
You’re going to love these. I recommend you tune into them over and over because that’s how paradigms shift.

This is the best sale of the year 🥳
Much love,
